Bad trip. Nothing to do for older people. Windjammer jammed with people. Tours were bad. On one tour the mic did not work and no one in the back could hear. On another it was so foggy you could see anything. The tour guide kept saying if it wasn't footy we would see xyz. Well we didn't see anything. Spent a lot of time in cabin. Where the tv was very bad. The shopping was so bad that I stopped looking. Guest services had very long lines I gave up on that to. Elevator closed to fast and were overcrowded and there were to few. I am canceling the next two cruises I have booked and I'm looking at a new line. The shops were over priced. Get off the ship was not handled well we stood on line waiting for the buses for over an hour. I have a bad hip and this was to much for me. No one would get me a wheel chair

Cabin H

Phone located next to bed and every time I moved my hand the bright light within I had to cover it with a pillow. Bed hard as a rock. Tv channels. Or lack of was poor to say the least.
