We enjoyed everyday of our B2B 16 day cruise. The ship was great, our cabin location was so convenient ((Lido deck),the food was over-the-top plentiful, and service exquisite! The Japan ports were similar, but this was expected because the culture is really similar throughout the country. We would have enjoyed longer in Busan, as that guided trip for us was quite interesting. ((Used Tours by Locals Frank Yi and highly recommend him) Russia, we understand, is being eliminated. Good decision, because it was bland and museum dull. All Japan ports were welcoming and so much hospitality was shown all of us. Especially Tsuruga, where the red carpet was rolled out throughout the town. Only did a ship excursion for Russia. All others were Tours by Locals or Goodwill Guides. The entertainment was repeated the second week, but probably limited choices, since acts spoke both English and Japanese. What was on stage, was quite good, nevertheless. We would have enjoyed different movies the second week. They, too, were repeated, as was the menu in the formal dining room. As this was a long journey from Cleveland, Ohio US, we probably checked Japan off our bucket list! It was a wonderful and successful 3 weeks. We went early to Hiroshima and Kyoto and traveled on the 7 day Japan Rail Pass. On the In-Transit day, we took the train into Tokyo. That went seamless with the directions given from Chris in the ship’s Entertainment Department. In case you haven’t guessed, a good time was had by all.
All went well in our touring
