Was so looking forward to sailing on this lady but was so disappointed , the ship its self was fantastic and plenty to see and do on it but most of the staff where horrible and rude we felt like we had invaded there space some how it was a lot of trouble for them to get us a drink at the bar no smile no hi nothing just look at you as if you in there way as for the few who where on the top of there game it was a true pleasure to interact with them asking how our day was ,could they help us and always smileing and happy to help ,the ship is great but very run down in places stains on carpets ect the cabins where very small everyone we talked to said the same , the food in most places was always the same and cold or luck warm never hot unless you dined in a named restaurant which you had to pay for too many children on board late at night not supervisor . Will never do this ship again x
