We enjoyed everything on this cruise. The food was wonderful. We often ordered full room dinner service in our cabin and also breakfast where you can order omelets. The food was very enjoyable and served hot. The hospitality service would always check up to make sure your room service order was perfect.

The outstanding Holland America difference is the staff. Our room stewards, spa attendants and bartenders made the difference. The ship is immaculate.. this is an older ship. We enjoyed the Eurodam for the service and care and attention from the staff.

Due to the fact there were many Mariners on board who have sailed with Holland America for many cruises we did hear many complaints. The ship was sold out at full capacity which perhaps made wait times a bit longer in the dining room and at the Lido. Due to the many days at sea waiting was not a problem.. nowhere to rush off to.
