Picked up from airport and a short transfer to the ship, a very long queue to register for the ship. Eventually got on board, not shown to cabin as with other cruises! A decent cabin with plenty of storage space, we even had sun loungers on our balcony.. The ship is very smart with several venues for drinks & entertainment..The crew were a mixed bag some obviously happier than others , we even witnessed an argument when a supervisor seemed to admonish a couple of young staff for not pulling their weight who then stomped off cussing out loud..the real bug bear about this ship is the buffet, always a jostle for tables, often having to ask for cutlery especially teaspoons( these were very rare). When a table was found 1 of us had to guard seats whilst the other chose their food, then visa versa..the food then was warm at best & often cold. Very disappointing..Having said that we ate in the waiter service restaurant a couple of times with varying results.. 1 family gave up after waiting over an hour for their starters....This lot could learn a lesson from the crew of the Celebration who were always on the ball. That’s where I’m returning next time I choose to cruise.
