We have cruised on Royal Caribbean ships the last 3 years. This experience, despite Hurricane Maria occurring and altering the ports of call, was excellent, Special attention needs to be made of the Main dining room staff, in particular Noel our waiter, Ezra the assistant waiter, Marcus Gridan the maitre d' as well as our cabin attendant Fernando. The main dining menus were excellent and our food was the best we have ever had on a cruise. These men (and women) on the ship worked extremely hard for all the passengers and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The cruise line was also gracious to allow us to board upon our arrival 1 day early in San Juan as our hotel was destroyed, and they also made the transportation arrangements to and from the ship. Though the ship is somewhat older than the other ships we have been on, it was clean and well cared for by the staff. The entertainment was quite good also. The bartenders and wait staff on deck were also attentive to our needs. Overall an outstanding experience and we already booked next years cruise on Royal Caribbean!!!!!
