On September 24th I took the Celebrity Millennium 11 day cruise around Japan.
Let me share our experience on this so called "luxury" cruise.
1. The food on the Millennium was mediocre at best. They are as far from culinary know-how as I am from the moon.. If somebody enjoyed this food I suspect he is either a masochist or his ma was a terrible cook... I do realize that a cruise ship is not a Michelin 3 star restaurant, but nevertheless I expect a better cuisine on a so called "luxury" cruise.
