We had to cancel a proposed Alaska cruise due to a conflict with the birth of our grand daughter. This cruise was selected for R & R as a substitute. It worked out very nicely. The crew was very attentive . The stage shows were great and the performers were full of energy and smiles throughout the performances. We chose to sit up front for every show.

Two of our three chosen excursions were canceled due to lack of interest from our fellow shipmates. I guess they were too sedate.

The post dinner music for dancing was not as good as on previous trips on Carnival. All in all the trip supplied the rest and relaxation for my wife and I and we would recommend this ship and its fabulous crew. This was one smooooth ride and caused no queasiness the whole time. Love the big ships. Roatan was our favorite stop even though we got caught in a down pour while on the beach

Cabin 8B

This cabin was conveniently located to the stage shows and had plenty of room for the two of us. Great for watching sunrises 4 of the seven days.
