This was our first experience with a Viking Ocean cruise after three Viking River cruises. We got off to a bumpy start because our luggage didn't arrive until the next morning. We were nicely accommodated until we finally got our luggage. The ship is beautiful and pristine and the food incredible. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they helped to make the cruise the success that it was. We couldn't wait to get to the Star Theater every evening for the entertainment. We were disappointed because many of the optional tours were sold out and we had to settle for the included tours. We felt they should have offered more and longer included tours. Our tour of Reykjavik, Iceland was very disappointing. We were also disappointed because two ports were missed due to rough seas. It was a great way to visit so many countries on a beautiful ship and we would definitely recommend this trip.
