We chose this cruise for the itinery, Venice to Athens. The check in and out was seemless. The ship had been refurbished beautifully, our cabin-balcony was large enough and very comfortable. The food in the Britannia restaurant was top class, with top class service. The Lido buffet restaurant had everything you could want and was mostly very nice. There were a variety of bars, a pub and nightclub which was always nearly empty. We usually stayed at the back of the ship pool area which had a few lovely daybeds with shade.

The only thing was that to go anywhere but the nightclub, pool deck bar and winter garden bar, (which was lovely, but usually empty), gentlemen had to wear a jacket, which was not ideal, even to go in the pub a jacket was required, which we thought was unnecessary, collared shirt should have sufficed.

There was a wide variety of ages, but mostly elderly on board.

Spacious, tastefully decorated. Shower a little small, but that is expected. Roomy balcony, bigger than some cruise ships. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet.
