We took this cruise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Advertised lots of restaurants and entertainment, however, mostly not available due to crowding and inadequate space in restaurants, theatre and other entertainment venues. Have to make reservations for restaurants or wait with beeper. Reservations only taken for 5:30 or 6:30, or wait. First night waited one hour with beeper. Told we had other options, we could go to buffet. Not enough seating at buffet either. Have to stand and watch for a table then one person guard it while the other goes for food. Awful! Our anniversary was on second night of cruise. We were placed at a small table betwen 2 noisy work stations with dirty dishes and trays even though we told them it was our anniversary. We asked to move halfway thru dinner and our food was carried across the room to another table, so embarrassing. Also, our travel agent had gifted red wine for my husband and white for me to celebrate our anniversary but it took 6 days (4 days after our anniversary) to get the white after multiple requests and even though we gave them a copy of our travel agent receipt on our anniversary. So sad. You also need reservations for most theatre entertainment, but we were never able to get reservations since we were told there were no more places. Only times we saw shows in theatre we stood in the back until we got tired and left. Most entertainment or games we were interested in attending were held in the Atrium. Unfortunately we could only participate once since there was never enough seating other times. The Atrium seats a couple of hundred people, not enough for a ship with 4000 passengers. We would have enjoyed the casino, however, we only went once as the smell of smoke was unbearable. We take cruises so that we don't have to worry about where we are going to eat or having to plan entertainment on a vacation. Sorry to say this was the worst cruise we have ever taken and it was not how we hoped to celebrate our anniversary.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BC

Been on many other ships with same sized room but this one was very poorly designed. Closet up against one side of bed, very difficult to access and only one person able to get to clothes at a time. Shower was great, clean, new, lots of hot water.
