We had previously sailed on the Solstice in Alaska and also in Australia/New Zealand. We recently cruised on Solstice on a repositioning cruise from Vancouver to Hawaii because we love the layout of the ship and the professionalism and friendliness of the crew and we had not visited Maui or the Big Island before.

Snorkeling in Kona and Maui as well as Ziplining in Hilo were outstanding excursions - all booked through Celebrity.

This was our first stay in a suite and we are ruined for life! Stevo, our butler went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and Lezlie kept our room spotless! The suites-guests-only (Illuminae) restaurant really spoiled us, too - we haven't eaten filets, NY strips, and chateaubriand anywhere that were even close!!

Sky Suite 1

Cabin S1

Lots of room - very nice and recently updated. The room had nearly a full-size bathtub which was nice, and an incredible shower - one you didn't have to run around in to get wet!

Would definitely stay in this room again!
