Embarkation was chaos. Queued for two hours in the sun, due to authorities who had one scanner and one lady checker. Need more scanning machines.

Bar service on board needs improving, waited 25 minutes for drinks in the Atrium Bar, and the same in other bars. Phillopenos very friendly and efficient service on pools decks good, they know the job inside out, but Eastern Europeans never have a smile on their faces and no chat, not really interested, and take ages, maybe they are not trained. Cocktail of the day had a supplement - why?

Islanders restaurant excellent food very good with loads of choice. Italian restaurant good. Gallery 47 restaurant not so good. Food and portions have been dramatically reduced. The Dream you got a good choice with 5 courses, Discovery 3 course. No wine waiters either, lucky if you got your glass refilled. Dream wine waiter refilled all the time.
