We were on this ship approximately 2 years ago on a Panama cruise. We vowed at that time to return when the "BIG" locks were complete. As on the first cruise the crew were absolutely great. As for the ship... On the first trip we discovered sanctuary. It was one of the factors that drove us to book this ship again. When we arrived we found the ship had been "improved?" The lounges were now fewer, the cost had gone up. The gazebos that were at no extra cost had now been "improved" with hard sides, a couch, chairs, and a TV now cost $240 A DAY. Worst of all the small pool we used to cool off was GONE. Where do you cool off now after sitting in the sun? Sorry can't book this ship in the future.

We had a premium balcony, larger lanai, standard balcony room. Our steward was excellent. Dining was anytime but we found that the Horizon had also been changed for the better. Can't say enough about the service staff, wait help, cocktails, and bartenders.

I would take this trip again and most likely will. Just not on this ship.
