Compared to previous cruises that I and my wife have been on, this was complete disappointment. After being amp'd by the sites on the website and the overall reviews from other former passengers, this again was a almost complete let down. Seeing that our cruise itinerary was changed due to the hurricanes...which was fine; however, the on-board entertainment (Lido deck) was less than mediocre. The food at dinner was not up to par, my wife was "jipped" into buying an alcoholic beverage for one quoted price and after checking the itemized purchases at customer service, it was discovered that a once $11.95 drink cups, was now $25+ (cup, lid & drink all separate cost). Dinner was not great compared to other dinners. One night the kitchen closed while we were still awaiting our food and that took almost an hour before we finally got it. Then there were a bunch of lobster plates brought out. The cabin was nice, up until we saw a roach was found and we notified the stateroom attendee. Nothing was really done, no one contacted us in regards to this...nothing! After years of cruising with my wife, we are now thinking of "jumping ship", right on to the Royal Caribbean or Norwegian. I have been 2010 and my wife since 1993, but this has been a not so good experience.

The room was quaint. Meaning it slept okay! We did have a few nights where we heard a lot of outside noises (no people made) that kept us away. Knocks and hard hits. The kicker was the roach that was found in our cabin. Not to make light or seem comical, but we only paid for two (2) people in our cabin, not two people and a roach. The champagne glasses were dirty, our beds were not turned down on the first night and if so that wasn't adequately relayed to us.
