the ports sounded very interesting, and the new ship and our first time on MSC. There were too many children on this line. I felt like I was on a Carnival Cruise x 2. The staff was not trained, and they had sad faces and did not know much of anything. The buffet was a total disaster with the amount of people. Most were very rude, and a lot of pushing and shoving around.

The dinner was ok at best.. And the server thought I was from Mars when I asked for a cup of coffee, or a mixed drink.

If you offered me a free MSC cruise I would NOT go. This ship is way too big- and MSC cannot handle it. Read more
