Allure of the Seas Cruise Review by beckamgop
- Sail Date: October 2017
- Destination: Western Caribbean
We purchased the dinner package as well as the Chef's table and do not regret it one bit. In fact, after eating there, it was especially hard to go back to the dining hall the last night of our cruise. Not to say that the dining hall is a bad experience - not at all. The food was always very good...it just doesn't have the same experience as the specialty restaurants. I highly recommend visiting 150 Central Park and requesting Carlo as your waiter - trust his recommendations - especially for the wine. He was SPOT ON. We went an additional time outside our dining package because we had such a great experience - but the next time was even better! YUM.
The comedians were very funny - I was surprised as I've been disappointed with most comedians in the past. These guys were really funny.
The art auctions are really fun. Especially when you're planning on purchasing. We had an artist in mind and found one we loved in the second auction - so exciting.
We also spent time in the casino playing craps. My husband has played before and I loved watching - the staff was informative to players who didn't understand the game and they seemed to really engage with those around the table - overall a fun time.
The ship itself was immaculate. It seemed they were always working on something - varnish, cleaning the windows, etc. The restrooms on each level were also very well taken care of. Sanitary is the key word aboard this ship.
...and I never did get motion sick on this boat - it was a wonderful trip. I'm sad it had to end.

CozumelThis was SUPER fun. You follow behind each other - but fast (or slow if you'd like I guess - but why?) then you snorkel - then climb back in and jet off again. We had a great time!!View All 12,792 Cozumel Cruise Port Reviews

TubingThe hosts were great - would have loved more speed on the river, but that can't be controlled.View All 74 Tubing Reviews
Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)Not really what I'd consider a true port. We had a blast in Fort Lauderdale, but it wasn't part of a ship activity. Just got on and got off here.View All 1,922 Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades) Cruise Port Reviews

Labadeerelaxing and great service. The only thing I'd wish for is food service as well as drink service. ...and maybe steps to from each cabana to the water instead of sharing them. We shared with a family so it was quite busy (they were so nice we didn't care all that much but would be nice to have private entry considering the cost).View All 12,792 Labadee Cruise Port Reviews
