I was disappointed that we had to do two Greek islands in one day. Nobody wants to see Mykonos only at night. We had to little time in Santorini and could barely make it up and down in time. The fact that it took as only one night to get from Split to Santorini and it took us 1.5 days to get back from there to Dubrovnik is a total waste of time. Rather cut out Ancona and spend more time in the Greek islands.

The food was the same every day and not up to the standard of what we have experienced on other cruise ships in Europe (even some of your own ships e.g. Fantasia). I spent a lot of money to go on this cruise and it feels like I was on a South African cruise. I did not experience anything that was WOW. I have been on this same ship 4 years ago and basically everything remained exactly the same. The decor, the rooms everything is as it was, only the food got worse

I was also disgusted to find that they collected only passports of South African travelers (for no valid reason) and they did not even offer a receipt for it. If we did not go and fight with them to get it back, they would have kept it for the entire trip. Is there a reason why people from my country are being discriminated against? We were told that we had to present our passport prior to the ship docking at each harbor because customs officials came on board to give the ship clearance. Needless to say we present our passports on the first day, and never again after that. Nobody stamped my passport and I was never again contacted to present my passport. To this day nobody could give me a valid reason for keeping my passport.
