Cabin: The Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

We cruised on the Escape last October, where we introduced our best friends to NCL, they enjoyed it so much they insisted we all go again this year. We were booked into the Haven in H5 staterooms, as we had last year. The ship was in great shape as before, with crew who were freindly and helpful no matter what side of that Haven door you were on.

We chose a cabin on deck 17 port this cruise as last year we were on 18 and occasionally had noise from the crew cleaning the hot tub one deck above us the early morning hours.

Deck 17 was a great location as we were mere steps from the courtyard, the lounge/bar area, and the concierge desk. A big thank you to Adrian Bica and his staff, as there was always a friendly greeting for us and helpfully assistance for booking shows, priority debarkation at ports, etc.

The Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

Cabin H5

Great location, just a few steps down the hall to the door into the lobby. No hallway noise at all. In very good condition. When you step out the door into the hallway you can see into the pool/ courtyard through glass walls.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Mangrove tour was excellent and provided viewing of manatees, although you are not guaranteed to see them. Excellent history of Belize provided as you tour. Bring sunscreen!
