We were looking for a cruise to follow another cruise on another cruise line. We had traveled in the Yacht Club previously on this ship. This time in a balcony. I missed the butler service this time but our early dining time was fine in a table for two. Had a great Head waiter, Ventislav, and waiter Fiel. Cabin steward even got me Venchi chocolates when I said I missed then from the previous cruise on MSC. Shows were very good, particularly the Michael Jackson one. Casino had two days where they gave you $5 to play for free and keep your winnings. ,Love the Piazza del Doge gelato bar. Food in buffet was excellent and they make fabulous pizza. Great salad availability. Love the Eataly Steakhouse cacio e peppe. Only complaint is food was often lukewarm in formal dining room, but when I said something they were quick to replace it. MSC has come a long way since first coming to US market. Breads were plentiful and varied. Coffee and water readily available. Beautiful ship, impeccably clean. Great captain Master Marco Massi was very personable and accessible.Great Hotel Director Ziggy. We'll cruise with them again. It was a very relaxing cruise for us.
Very nice balcony cabin. Great bed and sofa. Shower SMALL, but it does let you push in the two walls for a little more room. Good lighting. Only outlet by desk so needed extension cord for CPAP.
Used Uber to and from the port with great success. Four minute wait!
Tendered in and did some shopping.
Bought my Mexican vanilla here.
Long walk to pier. Hate the harrassing venders.
They had wheelchairs available and as I had a bum knee I used one to get from ship to go buy a few postcards and back. Been here many times. The local wheelchair guy was great and I tipped him well. Very nice.
