We had a great time, I'd been on Carnival two years ago, it had nothing on Royal Caribbean. This cruise was a birthday gift to my husband. He had never been on a cruise. We were amazed at the service and the ports we went to. Our cabin steward Caesar on deck 9, October 8,2017 was awesome. Cruise director and entertainment director kept everyone busy, laughing and were the best at their jobs. Hats off to all the staff.!! All of the shows were very professional. Food was good, he's a picky eater, but they had everything he likes.The tender to Grand Cayman was ok, but the ships way of getting everyone off could have been a little more organized, took too long to get off ship. The parents on the ship let their children go wild, running all over the place especially the evenings. We are going again in October 2018, same ship just the other direction. Can't wait

The cabin just needed dusting on the head of the bed and the walls by bed. Other Han that the room was clean.

People not too friendly. We went to Margaritaville and it took twenty five minutes to get waited on. There were about six people in the whole place. It was crazy, I ordered a Budlite and got a island brand beer that wasn't good. I ask the waiter what he gave me and all he said it's open now then walked away from our table. Seven dollars for nothing. So I hope that's not anyone else's experience.
