We had a great second trip on the Allure. Our Dining room staff were the best we ever had! Only had 2 issues, at check-in my Seapass card had to be reprinted twice because the barcodes weren't printed properly and then it didn't work all the time plus they didn't have our drink package stickers on them. We had to go to Guest Services to get the stickers. The Prohibition Event (we paid for) was disappointing. We expected much more interaction and activities based on the era. Would have liked to see the cops bust the joint. The cruise director Jimmy was entertaining and his morning tv show was entertaining and informative.

When we went on our Mayan Ruins & Beach excursion in Cozumel our guide Patrick was so informative. He was so information and he made the history of the Mayan's come alive. It was obvious he proud of his heritage. Our time at the beach was wonderful and the food at their restaurant was sumptuous. We will definitely visit Cozumel again!
