We where soo lucky to have perfect weather. not 1 drop of rain all week. the first night the seas where very rough but smooth everyday there after. we have been on about a dozen cruises mostly carribean but this was a wonderful change. embarkation was quick we stayed in deluxe owners suite 15500. we went to cagneys steak house 3 times, every time was perfect. dinning room was average but nice decor, service was spotty here. we ate in moderno everyday for lunch and had the french dip 7 days in a row. (yes it was that good.) service here was great and they couldn't be nicer. the entertainment was just ok but we have been on larger ships that have really great broadway shows, so maybe we are just used to that caliber of performances. the nightlife is pretty dull but i guess everyone is up early for each port.
we usually love to stay up late but there wasn't much to do… but by no means did it lessen our enjoyment of this cruise. one crazy thing is the casino is closed on the last night. we have never been on a ship that didn't have to casino open for the last night.
this was one of our favorite cruises. the ship is midsize and easy to navigate.
this room could not be more perfect. the view can not be beat. the room is all windows overlooking the main deck and front of ship. there is a huge balcony with a hot tub that is filled twice a day. there is also a dinning table with 4 chairs and loungers. there is bose surround sound in room and on deck. the closet was smallish but we probably overpacked but we made it work. the bathroom is nice with 2 sinks, shower stall with body sprays, tub and toilet in its own room. the bed was very comfy and huge. it was nice to have nespesso machine in room and you get 3 bottles of liquor with mixers. water and soda with afternoon snacks is also provided.
