I have cruised on Celebrity four times now and I really enjoy the excellence and good value on this cruise line. The ship was well maintained, and a good size without being too big. Service was always excellent and attentive everywhere was often busy and difficult to get a drink in some of the bar areas.
The food was very good both in the main dining and the buffet area. I could always find something on the menu I liked and when I did eat our waiter’s recommended courses, they were always excellent. We also ate a total of four times in two specialty restaurants and while they were good, they were not better then the regular dining. Next time I will skip these.
One area where the cruise did not stand out for us was entertainment. The majority of the evening shows were singing and dancing which we do not care much for. We would of enjoyed more different acts like magicians or comedians, but that was sparse on this ship.
We spent several days in this beautiful city and we were blessed with perfect weather. We found plenty to do there and wish we had more time. It is a great place to walk around and we also enjoyed using the vaporettos, even though they were crowded.
This was an interesting port. We especially enjoyed our wine tour outside the city. The old town was very crowded.
We took the hop on hop off bus and had a nice time here.
We enjoyed the walk up to the castle but did not find this town to be especially interesting.
We had a fantastic tour here with Spain Day Tours and was amazed how much we saw in just half a day! The city is a gorgeous mix of the old and new and we would love to return here someday.
