The ship is gorgeous! Our room was ready when we boarded, so we went there right away. Birthday package was set up, and my granddaughter loved it. Cupcakes were delicious. After that we headed down to the boardwalk. It did smell like smoke a bit but that went away by that night. The whole ship was gorgeous, the boardwalk, central park, the promenade, the pool area, everything! Our cabin was small but it's a cruise, and it's gonna be small. One large king bed that our housekeeper separated every night for us. Had a nice sitting area and mini fridge as well. Very spacious drawers and closet. Bathroom was small also, but what do you expect. We did have a problem with dining though. We requested the early dining time, and to sit with other people. Not sure if it was our travel agent's problem or the cruise but we were put at my time. Definitely not what we had in mind. The food was good, but we felt as if the special dining that costed more was much better. There was plenty of things to do, all day every day. Sadly it was raining so bad in St. Kitts we couldn't get off because there was flooding. The cruise director, Mich quickly got a new schedule going and we still had a great day! Everyone's excursions booked through Royal, they were given their money back of course. The service was great, room service came fast, food came quick, lines for customer service went very quick as well. Everyone working on board was so nice and helpful, and could answer almost every question you had. We didn't have any excursions booked through Royal but both Magens Bay (St Thomas) and a horse n buggy ride in Nassau town were amazing! Everyone off ship were so nice as well!

I traveled with my 13 year old granddaughter, and she loved it! She loves to travel, and she loves cruises. She had no complaints, and everyone she met loved the ship as well.

Both boarding and leaving went very quick, much quicker than usual. All the shows, the aqua show, the ice games show, mamma mia, and more were all great! Pool area was very clean along with the rest of the ship.
