Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

I booked this cruise as a 52nd birthday present for myself. I've been wanting to cruise to Bermuda and this itinerary matched my birthday week.

What I like: Everything is clean and modern. The balcony staterooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable, with a huge amount of storage. The bedside outlet helps when one's spouse travels with a cpap.

Our specific cabin was 6138 It was quiet most of the time but became noisy whenever there was loud music in the Royal Theater. We Will Rock You's bass would vibrate through the room.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D8

Lovely cabin, great storage. Two closets, one with double bars. Storage above the bed, and the suitcases fit below the bed. The balcony was narrow. Internet in the room was a bit slow, and when We Will Rock You was in the Royal Theater you could hear the bass in the room.

Really nice room, very clean, nice bathroom. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching the waves.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Embarkation in Cape Liberty is very easy. If you go early check out the 9/11 Teardrop Memorial.
