Sail Date: Oct 2017
Cabin: The Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

I came home today (Oct 8, 2017). When I booked this cruise I booked a mid-ship suite and started reading about the Haven. Then I got an email asking that I bid on a upgrade to h2. I did and 5 days before sailing I got the H2.

Haven - They treated you like royalty as soon as you walked into the terminal. All I had to say is “Haven” and it brought us to a special security line and brought us to a room off the side with check in. We got there at 10:45, checked in by 11:10 having coffee and snacks. The ship was there waiting for and we board at 11:15. We were escorted onboard directly to the Haven where we were treated to sliders and fries and introduced to PATRICK our concierge (the best on a large ship there is) for the week. We then went to check out if our cabin was ready and it was. We met MARIA (the best on a large ship there is). We also met our butler CJOY (the best on a large ship there is) . This is a large ship. We started on deck 16 and worked our way down. We found out that we just needed deck 6, 8 and 16 for our purposes.

Awesome Staff.
