The Cruise was good, the ship is tired, the staff were great but they were no better than our experiences on Celebrity. In fact we felt the dining room staff on Celebrity were more attentive. The drinks policey did not really fit in with us, the wines were flat bottomed and cheap, we upgraded to the ultimate package but still had to pay $$$ for a port, which to me is ridiculous. The included drinks does not include any decent whiskey or gin.

The wine glasses are cheap and small which I believe is because they offer free wine.

If you upgraded to a wine package you were given proper wine glasses (Riedel) otherwise you needed to ask ???

Hello swigso, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your cruise on the Azamara Journey. It sounds like we aren't a good match for you. We wish you many future cruises on Celebrity, our big-sister...

Small shower, balcony not private, room service was great.
