The cruise was an RACQ promo, the ports were fine and most of the stall helpfull, Boarding the high pressure selling package began- water , coffee, wine, meal upgrades. This was a combined cruise - 28 days, but dishing up the same menu and show(which , was not high class, only lasted about an hour) every week -NOT GOOD. (my wife is gluten free, but getting chicken every meal gets boreing)The little things where missing- a drink when waiting for tenders(another company had them), crew knowing where towels are, announce when you can retrive passports, and what deck to leave ship.Dinning with same couple(we got on well) for the whole cruise.Mixups with bookings for excursions, desimbarking, connecting transfers.Selling old movies for $7, Sometimes you like a quite space, this was hard to find, Catching a lift, you give up and walk most tmes. MSC is good at moveing containers, BUT has a lot to learn about moveing people....
it was ok, jut little things - more coathangers, no conditioner, laundry was per item,
