We chose this cruise because the last time we sailed on celebrity we had a wonderful time and rated celebrity as the top of the line. We were originally planning to sail on Norwegian but switched to the Solstice when we saw it. Big mistake. It was the most boring cruise I have ever taken. I have been on 15 cruises on 4 different lines. Celebrity is now at the bottom of my rating.

The entertainment throughout the ship was very good especially the cello and violin duo and the band featured on deck 3. The big problem with the band on deck 3 was that there was no room to sit and listen them. there was rarely even room to stand on deck 4 or 5 and look down at the band.

The entertainment in the theater was pathetic. This was a cruise to Hawaii and their big entertainment was a dance school recital. Great if you happen to be a parent of one of the children who did 5-10 minute hula but not what you would expect as entertainment on a cruise ship. There was an acrobatic show that was very good.
