We took this cruise since it was a "No-Fly" cruise for us. We had the restaurant option and we enjoyed the dining in Le Bistro, La Cucina and Teppanyaki. The food and menu choices were nice. My husband truly enjoyed the buffet. I wasn't happy however, with our room steward. He really didn't clean the room that well. I had been on Royal Caribbean and Carnival cruises before. This was my first Norwegian cruise. I was disappointed that I only received 3 animal towels and our room-steward only took the duster off the bed for the evening. He never turned the bed down or provided mints. I was used to this treatment on Royal Caribbean and Carnival cruises.

I also felt teh entertainment was mediocre. Bermuda however, was beautiful! I truly enjoyed the island and the fact that we didn't have far to travel after we disembarkment.

Due to a great deal to go to Alaska, we reluctantly booked another cruise with Norwegian.

This was my first time on Norwegian cruise line. The twin beds were pushed together and had a gap in the middle. BY day 3, there was a clog in the plumbing and the toilet wouldn't flush. My husband and I had to use the public restrooms on the ship. Our steward never pulled down the sheet for the evening he only took the foot duster off teh bed. On Carnival cruise ships, I would have my sheets pulled back with mints. The room was nice otherwise and comfortable.
