This was our first non-Caribbean cruise and one of the BEST EVER!!!!! Beautiful scenery, great towns, and all loaded with history. It was also our first trip on the Serenade of the Seas and she's a great ship. We love the small-mid sized ships and this class is perfect size. Cabins were roomy, bedding luxurious and loved the arrangement of the room as we could stand looking out the window rather than peering over the head of the bed on our knees!

Service was great from our steward, waiters, Diamond Lounge waiters and the majority of the bartenders we encountered. Windjammer service and MDR service were excellent.

We did encounter a couple of disappointments regarding entertainment and excursions/tours. We were very shocked that they actually "billed" the Love & Marriage Show as the main entertainment one of the evenings.....NOT COOL! Also had a major glitch with one of our tours.

Saint John (New Brunswick)

Saint John is a quaint, pretty little town and we enjoyed the shopping and bars.

Bar Harbor

We LOVED this beautiful little town and used our time to stroll the streets, eat, drink, shop and have a leisurely afternoon.
