Jimmy, Grant and the entertainment team were exceptional - there was so much to do and see! This was the complete opposite of Bobby who was our CD on Harmony the week before - nice guy I'm sure but he really doesn't have the charisma needed for the big ships in my opinion.

Mamma Mia was fantastic - we have seen the West End version and can honestly say that we couldn't tell the difference. Nice to have an interlude to refill our glasses! The other production entertainment and activities were top notch as is always the case with RC. Our highlight had to be Bobby's version of the quest - he managed to get the entire crowd involved in one way or another and for those experience RC cruisers out there I'm sure you know what else went on....!

We made a complaint about staff attitude and service in the main dining room (host arguing with the waiter and rushed meal) and it was great to see that the supervisor took our feedback on-board and even sent complimentary champagne and chocs as an apology.

Cabin Review

Boardwalk View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin B1

Stateroom was okay but starting to get a little dated i.e. old style 30 pin apple adaptor clocks and only one wardrobe - this didn't bother us as we didn't really spend much time in the room anyway.
