This was our first European Cruise but our 10th Norwegian cruise and our 4th suite stay. Epic Haven area needs some attention our cabin had missing wood molding the drawers in the bathroom were broken. The 2nd shower door was broken and my husband fixed it after asking steward for assistance. I know people are gonna read this and say something but as much as you pay for a two bedroom haven cabin, you expect 5 star accommodations. We did an Norwegian excursion in Rome wish it was okay, the thing about cruise line excursions is hurry up and wait and 8 hour excursion really only took 4 hours. We took the one called Taste of Rome, we visited popes summer home in the country side and visited a restaurant where we watched an lady make homemade pasta and they fed us lunch. Then we went to Rome but it was just an overview which means drive by certain buildings. I really wanted to see the Vatican but had no idea it would be up close not 1/2 block away. The food was good in all the restaurants. I would also recommend to book Cirque Dreams Epicurean it's dinner and a show and it was very very good. My daughter and I enjoyed Paint by U activity we did the 1st day at sea. Overall it was a wonderful cruise and a shout out to our wonderful Butler Maria she was the best.
We only got off and ate lunch then got back on ship and hung out by the pool fun and relaxing.
