Have done 20 C. cruises, old ships and new, and this by far was unacceptable.
The embarkation, cabin, service and food were all fine.
The CD was terrible. He did the safety drill, taking 50 minutes and making light of it. He spoke in various voices and tones, it was silly, and for new cruises, I am sure they did not aborb or understand the seriousness of this event. He spoke far too frequently during the day and for extended amounts of time.

Clean, Jaya was perfect at his job. He never forgot ice or to clean our room which we pride ourselves in keeping in order.
Good TV, like the music now on it.
Great size for an inside cabin.
