1st ran out of hot water two night. Was told would come check however, no one ever came. Two day later I received a call wanted to know is everything was ok. Ran out of hot water again, didn’t bother calling.

2nd my wife order prime rib, well done Main Dining Room. It came rare, still running blood, the waitress, not the one that took our order, told me that was how the prime rib well done comes. I told her ok, but it was not what my wife was willing to eat. She refused to remove the plate from the table even after I told her to bring a menu and she would order something else. Finley , a staff person removed the plate and said he would bring a well done prime rib dinner. They then gave me the prime rib to eat even though I order it Medium well. By that time I was just willing to eat and go away.
