Attraction to this ship and itinerary was time of year, desire to try NCL cruise line. My first and last time. Very disappointed that menus never changed in our Haven restaurant. can you imagine 10 days with about 6 items to choose from for each food service? It got really boring after a while. Food was never really delivered to our table hot. It was always lukewarm. Bar service was great. Rest of ship was so over-crowded with rude people - afraid to venture out. The Garden Cafe became the meeting place for people to play card and socialize. It was difficuklt to find a seat. The main dining rooms were so crowded you couldn't get seated so we had no choice but to take advantage of the Haven restaurant. At leasst it was peaceful and quiet.

The table clearers in The Garden Cafe never once came over to us and asked if we wanted any beverages - they were so overworked by the volume of people. Not very friendly either.

The entertainment was hit or miss. Some of the performers were fabulous, others were awful. There was really nothing special to occupy sea days - no adult coloring or things like that.

Cabin Review

The Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

The cabin was beautiful and well-cleaned by steward and butler. Can't complain about service. Always with a smile. It was spacious and perfect for a 9 day cruise. Although the couch was small and the chairs were a little uncomfortable, we spent most of our time in the lounge area.
