We originally got this cruise from Mohegan Sun complimentary. We decided to upgrade to a suite since it was a trip of a lifetime. Don't bother! It cost us over $1600 to upgrade and got us nothing except a couch.

I would like to state first it took me (no exaggeration) 13, yes 13 phone calls to get our tickets sent to my email so I can print them up. Right there and then I knew we were in for it. I also did read the 1 and 2 star reviews, so I didn't expect much but was in high hopes MSC read them as well and made some changes. I was mistaken. So lets start.

1. Embarking: I was told since we upgraded to a suite we had priority. WRONG. It did go fairly quickly, but lie #1.

BED BUGS! If you want anything cleaned up or taken away (plates cups etc.) you must leave in bathroom sink or it will stay!
