The itenary started out good, but due to circumstances beyond their control we were unable to complete the tours originally booked. The traditional dining food was good, the menu unexciting and the service was disappointing. Our CABIN(E214) was situated a floor above the Princess theatre and as a result we were bombarded with continual noise from about 11 am to 11 pm. Also the cigarette smoke from the casino seemed to permeated the floor from the stairs to the forward sections. The CABIN itself needed a lot of repairs walls with gouges, toilet repairs and the thermostat could not maintain temperature. We experienced great service at Vines, International Cafe and with our room steward. The ship needs upgrades to their internet service, the in room televisions, and the delivery system. It uses an analog cable system providing noise and distortion in the video. Our room safe locked our items with a low battery display just before debarcation to a prepaid tour. Often when we called for maintenance, they sent someone illprepared to fix the problem. I had to tell their customer service people twice that they weren't providing service and needed to escalate the issue to get resolution.
