Was our 3rd time on Golden. We met some fantastic people. We again had the pleasure of our bar steward Harold, who we met on our Alaskan cruise 2 years ago. Sadly, we were the first cruise to encounter the "New" Premier beverage package that Princess had given little or practically no notice of. Unfortunately this was taken out on members of the crew, bar stewards etc, who had nothing to do with the rise. I was saddened by the abuse given by some passengers. To Werner, Jules, Jo, Rod, Sharyn, Karla and Missy, and Adrian thanks for the blast of a time. To the crew, excellent job again. To Princess. If you are going to change something that radical, an increase of 48% on the alcohol package is pretty significant, please have a lead in time so your staff don't get abused. It started the cruise off on the wrong foot and unfortunately some people just didn't get over it. The shows were great. We loved Motor City with a live band this time instead of recorded music. The food as always was great. But we always have a good time. It is what you make of it.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BD

Cabin was the usual balcony cabin but came with the best room attendant we have had so far on our 14 cruises. Luney you are the best!
