We went with a high school reunion group It was our first cruise and we were very apprehensive. We were amazed at how much we enjoyed the cruise. The cabin was very nice. Dining and room service were great. We do not usually take part in the organized activities but passing under the Skyway Bridge, departing/arriving from Tampa was unforgettable. We enjoyed the deck for adults only. Particularly being at sea, for us landlubbers was wonderful. Crowd control is one of Carnivals greatest strengths. We never felt like we were in an uncomfortable number of people on board the Paradise. Our cabin was always well maintained and we thought Room Service was marvelous. Our neighbors were cooperative..no loud disturbances. ( The very loud shrill voice of the youngwoman in charge of the public address system was a bit much, however.) We don't ever travel with children. The very best part of the cruise experience was owed to our Steward Raul! Can't say enough good things about him. You had better try to keep him. He deserves your best promotions..always quietly in control of his position, friendly and helpful.
Until next time,
