Just returned home from Alaska on Norwegian Sun, always wanted to visit Alaska and had reservations on cruising. Having travelled from Vancouver to Junneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, Ketchikan, Victoria BC and Astoria disembarking in San Francisco. All i can say is WOOOOW words do not do either Alaska or The Norwegian Sun enough credit! Alaska is amazing , stunning scenery everything you would expect and more ive waited years to do this cruise it was worth the wait balcony was priceless for a trip like this, great trips ashore a little pricey but its once in a lifetime stuff, the Norwegian Sun was fantastic, great food and crew were so friendly and helpful we couldnt find any faults and will be returning to both Alaska and Norwegian Sun. Thats the biggest compliment we can pay we will return too both, hopefully in the very near future. Sold on Alaska, worth the flight from UK!
