the place was like walking around a funeral home no music hardly anywhere except at parties the music that was playing on the pool deck you could only hear at the adult pool the rest of the deck was nothing but silence margaritaville was nothing but a sign on the wall the food was the worst i have ever had on a cruise the ship was so over crowded you could never find a seat in the buffet and if you wanted to go to oshehans your going to wait in a 30 minute line just to be seated and wait another hour to get your food there is no 24 hour bar so once the bars close you cant even get a soda you cant smoke at the tobacco road bar so yeh if your one of those people that think this ship is like the getaway where you could smoke outside on deck 8 you cant they put you in a closed in box like a bunch of baboons with no sound what so ever the 5 o clock somewhere bar outside was rocking out with a $10.00 boom box from walmart the asst cruise manager was one of the rudest unprofessional people i have ever met me and my wife was chilling with some people in one of the haven suits when one of the crew members just started knocking at the door drunk they let the guy in then he started insulting the ladies we literally had to throw the guy out of the room with force and no one even knew the guy i paid over $3,000.00 for this vacation and it was not even worth leaving my house for they was playing disney movies during the day at the h20 bar what adult goes and watches a disney movie without their kids there was never music on the h20 deck except for parties then right after those parties they kick you out of the h20 i brought 27 other people with me and all but 5 was new to ncl and not one wants to go back with ncl good luck getting into a show if you dont book it the first night you wont get into one this ship should have been named the NCL Miserable oh and Harvest Caye is nothing but a money grab $8.00 for a 12 ounce draft so you know everything is a rip off there i could keep going but yeh you can say i am not happy
