It was our first cruise, we are family of 2 adults and 2 childrens, we decided to take this cruise because it is a new ship and it was look fantastic on the web, when we booked it back in June 2017 there was no reviews yet. We read the reviews only a few days before our cruise and saw many bad reviews so we went with very low expectations...
On the cruise we found many reviews were really correct.
This company has a big problem with customer service as well with food quality, we were expected from an italian company to serve great food, but the food quality and variety was absolutely poor !!! Our first dinner was at Wave Restaurant, we couldn't eat most of the food there.
Cabin Review
We got a room with Balcony on the 13th floor, it was a nice cabin although its very small, there is not enough place to store your clothes and luggage.
Cabins is very clean and quiet.
