On the cruise we found many reviews were really correct.
This company has a big problem with customer service as well with food quality, we were expected from an italian company to serve great food, but the food quality and variety was absolutely poor !!! Our first dinner was at Wave Restaurant, we couldn't eat most of the food there.
Since that dinner we decided to try the Buffet and found it better, but again, the food quality is poor. We found ourselves eating Pizza and Pasta with Salad every meal, as well there bakery wich was good, we didn't touch the meat or chicken. The buffet area is very noisy and crowded.
The front desk customer service didn't do anything with our complaint about it even when we went there twice and they talled us the manager who is in charge of the food on the ship will contact us, so it seems they are very welcoming this poor quality. But this is only a part of there bad service, in general they dont give you as a guest a good welcoming feeling, they welcome your money only !!!
There is a long list of other bad things to write...
There were also good staff to tell like the cleaning of the rooms and all the areas at the ship but for us it all start and end with customer service and food quality.
Therefore this cruise is not worth to going to.
