This was our 33rd cruise and 7th on a RCCL ship. The ship was fine, very clean and in nice condition. The service however has dropped radically in several areas.

Our room attendant was seldom available and actually "forgot" about making up our room one night! We had asked to always have ice in the room and requested wine glasses and a wine cooler bucket. We did get ice on the 2nd day, wine glasses arrived on the 3rd day and the wine cooler bucket on the 10th day (by that time the white wine was gone).

The main dining room service was almost as bad. Our waiter seldom greeted us, just handed us menus and gave a monotone delivery of recommendations before walking away. His assistant was friendlier and much more aware of needs like water refills, sauces, etc. Other cruisers indicated similar situations at their tables.
