[We were a party of 15, celebrating our friends 30 Wedding Anniversary. One of the guest was wheelchair bound.]

Arrived at Southampton at 12.30 with luggage (3 suitcases) – Received luggage in our cabin at 20.30PM at night – no explanation or apology as to why it took them nearly 8 hours to deliver.

We were scheduled to be on the second dining seating at 20:30, I could not go to dinner due to the fact I had no “change of clothes” to wear!!! Cases finally arrived and were placed outside the cabin; the porter did not even knock the door to advise me they had arrived. We were a party of 15 people; they all received their luggage within 3 hours of being on board.
