This cruise had mostly young people. Really, I expected more entertainment opportunities to choose from at night. I liked the movie offerings. The food at the Windjammer, was actually not even as good as the Golden Corral. I didn't know we could use Room Service, until the last night, when I found the menu.(and room service was not available on the last night.). Never got an email telling us to print our boarding pass at least 3 days before the cruise, or that the excursions or entertainment offerings would be closed to us, if we did not look through them at least 3 days before the cruise. So, I went to the website 2 days before the cruise and could not look through what would be available on a cruise that I had paid for. When you get to Port Canaveral, there are no signs on the highway telling you what exit to take.

Port Reviews

Freeport

We went to our first port, Freeport. We had not chosen an excursion, but disembarked to walk around and walk to a beach. The tourist shops were so generic, there was a bar there, fat Tuesdays. I'm not sure it would pass a health dept inspection, and the people working there should get trained in customer service by the cruise ship trainees, as they looked kind of bored. The cruise ship staff are exceptional, always smiling and cheerful. The lady who helped clean our cabin was lovely. PS..there were fences keeping us corralled in, (like cattle). We could not even walk to the beach. a taxi driver wanted to charge $14.00 to take us 2 miles to the beach (one way).
