We originally choose this cruise because of the ports St Maarten & St Thomas not so much Puerto Rico.. Because of Hurricane Maria we were diverted to the Western Caribbean Falmouth, Jamaica, Bahamas & Labadee ,Haiti... These ports did not thrill us as we had been to them several times before... Let me tell you the ships crew went out of there way to make everybody HAPPY.. Not only did they amp up the entertainment but they went overboard on service...We had another couple with us it was there first sailing on this class of ship & they were blown away... We took in every show they had to offer, I do have to say that Mama Mia was phenomenal to say the least.. The music the story the actors it was the highlight of the cruise... The ship was so perfect that enough cant be said but when you sail with RCCL what is not good... As for the ports as I said we weren't all that thrilled with them but made the best of it... Labadee was as usual a beautiful & relaxing destination with the day spent relaxing on the beach.. Our friends did the zipline & said it was one hell of an experience.. We found Falmouth to be quite the shopping experience & were pleasantly surprised compared to MBJ... Nassau was nothing spectacular as it never changes or reinvents itself.. All in All the highlight was the ship, the Allure is just that an Allure that wraps you in a paradise that you have to experience..
The Central Park Balconys are by far the best cabins in our opinion.. They offer great location & relaxation.. You can spend time on your Balcony listening to the pool music in the afternoon.. Or listening to a string quartet in the evening as well as people watch thru out the day..
