Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

Beautiful ship, great cabin steward & the rest was rubbish, Balcony & cabin were small but bathroom was larger than expected. It was kept in pristine order. Food left a lot to be desired, not even a free glass of iced water in the restaurant. The portions were small & even veg had to be requested. The buffet was like a rugby scrum especially at breakfast. We were not popular with non Brits as we had tea & coffee facilities in the cabin & they were refused this luxury. Customer care was non-existent in all areas - MSC lag behind many of their competitors in this important interface. Punctuality does not seem to be a high priority on this ship - we were informed that “ it was always late” at certain ports. We have cruised many times & with several lines but, as with many on this cruise, never again with MSC.
