We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. All 3rd party tours were excellent. Thank you Alla (Baltic) & eCoach (Ireland). The Princess tour guides were generally poor. Complaints that the tour was not what the tour was supposed to have been and tour guides even being nasty, especially in AArhus. Complained and never heard a word about it. Not enough activities, lectures, movies. People always complaining that there was not enough to do. Ship was overcrowded compared to previous cruises, especially during the first leg. Too many spa, etc, things that kept trying to sell you things. Food, except for Crown Grille very average, especially the beef which was usually tough and difficult to cut. Never saw a ship that wouldn't get you a steak any night, I have been on 10 cruises, this was the worst. No couch in the room. Service , however was wonderful. Our waiters and stewards were wonderful.
